Paddle Fitness Workshop at The Kula Project with Paddle Surf RI

Make a splash on the stand up paddle board with a unique workout based on surf and paddle balance training and simple calisthenics. Warm the body with paddle cardio then build strength in the arms, legs, butt and core. Conclude with a cool down stretch and sense of empowerment.
